The AlpenLiving impresses with a top central yet quiet location directly on a side street to the main street with a view of the beautiful Zillertal mountains. Not only the "Mayrhofner Bergbahnen" cable cars but also numerous restaurants, bars and the shopping mile of Mayrhofen are in the immediate vicinity.

In addition we offer an ideal starting point all year round for promenade and hiking trails as well as bus stops in the surrounding side valleys. Numerous offers in and around Mayrhofen provide fun and variety and leave nothing to be desired.

house rules

We love animals but it is unfair to people with allergies to welcome animals into our house. So therefore please leave them at home.

Smokers also need fresh air preferably outside on the balcony or terrace but not in the apartment.

We are also party animals; there are plenty of opportunities to party in Mayrhofen but please not in our family-friendly apartments.

The deposit of EUR 150.00 per stay/apartment gives us the security that our lovingly designed apartments will also be treated with the same love.

ski cellar

All ski and snowboard equipment can be stored in our ski cellar which is located in the basement (access via the outside door) of the house. There you will also find a (ski)boot dryer which automatically heats up in the evening and morning and thus ensures warm feet.

We ask you not to take any ski and snowboard equipment into the apartment!

sauna

We are pleased to be able to offer you a sauna for relaxation and recuperation. To ensure that all guests can enjoy using the sauna we ask you to note the following:

  • the sauna is located in the basement of the house next door (see directions). Access is only possible with the card provided in the apartment.
  • the sauna is available to our guests every day (except Saturdays) from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • registration is possible online until 2:00 p.m. subject to availability. If a visit is not possible despite registration it can be canceled until 2:00 p.m.
  • 2 sauna towels are provided per guest.
  • our sauna is a nude and relaxation area. Therefore the use is reserved for adults only.

washing machine and tumble dryer

The ski storage room is equipped with a washing machine & tumble dryer. The device is equipped with a coin system so you have to pay for each desired washing or drying process corresponding rates.

An instruction manual including price list of the possible washing and drying processes can be found HERE and also directly at the device.

homemade spirits and mint syrup

Since we have our own distillery we have a variety of different spirits that you can taste and buy. For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks we also have a delicious homemade mint syrup that is also available for purchase.

That we can prepare and clean the apartment for the next guests in time the apartment must be vacated latest by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

When leaving the apartment please take the rubbish to the rubbish depot and if necessary switch on the dishwasher (short program!).

By letting us know your departure time you help us plan for new arrivals. Therefore we ask you to let us know your planned check-out time latest until the day before departure HERE.
